UPDATE: Officials Identify Wildwood Surf, Missing Riptide Victims

WILDWOOD — The Coast Guard suspended its search July 13 at 7:01 a.m. for a missing 28-year-old man, Juan Moore, of Philadelphia, who disappeared July 12 while swimming with two friends, one of whom died, about 100 yards off the beach near Schellenger Avenue
The man with whom Moore was swimming, was also a Philadelphian, Ismael Lopez, 36. He was given cardiopulmonary resuscitation by rescuers, but was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
The Coast Guard received a call at 7:15 p.m. from a member of the Wildwood Police Department reporting a swimmer was missing after being caught in a riptide with two other swimmers.
The other two swimmers were recovered by friends and local rescue crews. A third member of the swimming party was reported in good condition.
A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Cape May, rescue helicopter crews from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, members of the Wildwood Police Department and the Wildwood Beach Patrol searched for Moore.
