Two Injured, One Airlifted in Route 50 Crash

CORBIN CITY– At least two people were injured in a crash that occurred here on Route 50 near Main Street on Sunday, March 7, at around 12. p.m.
South Star medevac was requested to airlift the passenger of a vehicle that took a side impact, according to reports. The flight crew reported the patient to be a 60’s female with chest trauma in stable condition.
At least one other person was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Upper Township Rescue Squad, Medic 8 and Tuckahoe Fire Department responded to the scene.
The crash is under investigation by troopers at the Buena Vista station.
