Three Injured, One Airlifted in Route 47 Crash

ELDORA– Three people were injured Saturday morning in a two vehicle crash on Route 47.
Belleplain and Dennis fire departments were called to the scene to extricate the passenger of one of the vehicles. That passenger was airlifted to the trauma unit at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City by Medevac 5.
Two other people were transported to area hospitals by Belleplain Emergency Corps.
The crash is under investigation by state police Woodbine station.
