OCEANVIEW– State Police responded to a rollover crash here on Alexandria Way on Friday, Nov 27 at around 1:30 a.m.
The driver, Joseph Clarke, 18, of Cape May Court House was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance, state police said.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee Clarke was driving overturned on the residential street just West of Route 9.
One person sustained minor injuries and was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center, two other passengers refused treatment, according to state police.
Belleplain Emergency Corps, Medic 9 and the Oceanview Fire Department also responded.
