MAYVILLE — On April 11 about 5:30 p.m. a NJ Transit bus struck the rear of a compact car on Route 9 just north of Shellbay Avenue.
Middle Township police, Court House firefighters and Middle Township Emergency Medical Services were summoned to the scene.
One victim, the driver of the car was removed and transported to Cape Regional Medical Center by resuce units.
Traffic was stopped in the northbound lane of Route 9 while the accident was cleared away. The southbound lane remained open.
