Near Drowning Reported on North Wildwood Beach

NORTH WILDWOOD– An after hours beach patrol unit was dispatched to the 15th Street beach at around 6:40 p.m., on Thursday for a “possible drowning”.
Marine units from the New Jersey State Police and U.S. Coast Guard were also dispatched.
After beach patrol units arrived on scene they reported three individuals were being triaged on the beach area.
An Atlanicare paramedic unit was dispatched to the scene for a “near drowning” after Beach Patrol units requested them.
