Man, 25, Seriously Injured as Two Jet Skis Collide in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY– The Ocean City Fire Department was called to the scene of a jet ski accident off 51st Street on Tuesday, Aug 25 at 3:40 p.m.
Two jet ski’s collided according to reports. Firefighters arrived on scene a requested a medevac helicopter to fly.
South Star transported the victim reported to be a 25-year-old-male with back and internal injuries to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.
Police identified Anthony Esposito from Mays Landing as the victim airlifted, and Dino Avanzato from Petersburg as the operator of the other jet ski, according to published reports.
The accident is under investigation by the State Police Marine Division.
