Equipment Failure Causes Widespread Power Outage in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY— On Monday, June 29 at 7:15 p.m., 3,400 Atlantic City Electric customers including the Play Land Amusement Park and other Boardwalk establishments were without power for thirteen minutes due to an equipment failure, according to Atlantic City Electric spokesperson Sandra May.
Power was restored at 7:28 p.m.
