The 22nd Annual Pumpkin Festival at Historic Cold Spring Village (HCSV) took place Oct. 15, 2016. Families enjoyed pumpkin painting and games throughout the day. A variety of crafters sold their wares along HCSV’s shell-paved lanes. Vendors were selling hot dogs, funnel cake and other snacks. There was a haunted house at the barn and a fall hayride through the farm.
