A brisk, 46-degree wind did not deter participants in the Eighth Annual Stone Harbor Shiver, March 17, from running into the 96th Street 40-degree surf only to dash out to seek towels and warm wraps. The quick, chilly dip was the highlight of the weekend festivities.
