The Coombs/Douglass Memorial Bay Run began Aug. 5 in front of the Town Bank Firehouse. The annual race had 159 entrants with 149 of them finishing. Overall winners in the Five-Mile Division were Tuynh Nguyen, 27, with the time of 29:31 and Jenna Robeson, 32, with the time of 34:08. Overall winners in the Two-Mile Division were Luke Overbeck, 13, with the time of 6:24, and Cheyeene Randle, 22, with the time of 7:20.
