Man Dies After Apparent e-Bike Crash

WILDWOOD – A man died after he apparently crashed his e-bike at Magnolia and Pacific avenues on Saturday, Dec. 28, according to a press release by the Police Department.

Police said they were called to the intersection at 5:51 p.m. that day on a report of a man down. They found a man, described as a Hispanic male, 51, dead at the scene. The initial investigation suggested the man died as a result of injuries sustained in an accident on his e-bike.

Police did not report any other vehicles being involved in the accident. They did not release the identity of the victim.
