Crusaders Capture Third-straight CAL Title

GALLOWAY – The Wildwood Catholic boys basketball team won their third-straight Cape Atlantic League championship Feb. 29 by defeating St. Augustine Prep, 70-39, at Stockton University, according to published reports.
It’s the fourth title for head coach Dave DeWeese and Wildwood Catholic since the tournament’s inception, in 2012. The Crusaders advance to the South Jersey, Non-public B Tournament and will face Moorestown Friends School in the first round March 3.
