U8 2009 vs. Mainland United Mustang: The girls worked hard, made great decisions, and worked as a team; excellent job by Parker Milstead, Ainsley Frederick and Ciara Jonassaint.
U9 2008 Cape Express Girls vs. Mount Laurel United Lions: Beautiful goals were made by Charlotte Rhubart, Gabby Oliver, Maggie Farrell and Sophia Smith. The offense and defense both played hard and did an amazing job.
U10 Girls White vs. Medford Strikers: After a hard fight, Lindsey Seeberger scored one goal off a penalty kick. After battling toward the goal, Chloe Frame scored off Riley Odom’s assist from corner field. Grace Metz and Maggie Davenport fought hard in defense; Kierstyn Neuman made several amazing saves in goal, while Jenna Roden and Bryn Licata dominated midfield.
U11 2006 Blue 0 vs. Deptford Tsunami 0: U11 2006 Blue tied 0-0 against Deptford Tsunami. Grace Repici, Isabella Gibboni and Reagan Gittle held the midfield while Carmen O’Hara and Sianna King kept the pressure on. Grace Murphy, Maeve Farrell and Reagan Flickinger were incredible on the field and in net.
U11 2006 Blue 2 vs. Audubon Attack 1: The ’06 girls played Audubon Attack and won 2-1. Outstanding team effort. Bella Lund had the assist to Reagan Gittle and Sianna King recorded the assist for Carmen O’Hara’s goal. Isabella Gibboni, Reagan Flickinger, and Maeve Farrell were unstoppable in net and on the field.
U11 2006 Girls White 3 vs. Millville Blaze 1: Aspen Southard and Ella Rulon were solid on offense. Goals were scored by Olivia Sgrignioli and Aaliyah Jonassaint. Goal keeping was shared by Brooke Nabb and Tessa Hueber.
U12 2005 Girls White 1 vs. Moorestown Storm 3: Ciara DiMauro opened the game’s scoring in the first half with a strong wind in her face. Hannah Price added additional pressure at attack with strong support at midfield from Carly Gallagher, Dallys Rhubart, Bella Maschio and Madelyn Burnett. Logan Monteleone, Maddy Monteleone, & Cassidy Robb held the Storm’s offense to one goal in the first half with impressive goal keeping from Ella McCabe. It was another great effort from the team.
U14 2003 Girls White vs. Rancocas Valley Galaxy: Anna Smith started the scoring off early by blasting a shot past the Galaxy goalie. Abby Ridgway stepped up from the Stopper position and netted a goal before halftime. Anna’s second half point blank shot rebounded off the RV goalie right to Maddie Haring’s foot and she put it in the back of the net to secure the win for Cape. Skyla Bowyer, Kara McLaughlin, and McKenna Gregory anchored the defense and helped keep the ball in the Galaxy’s end for most of the game. Delaney Robb and Karlee Metz made some tough saves to share the clean sheet.
U15 Comets 2 vs. Barrington SA Revolution 0: Taylor Magill scored both Comets goals. Jordan Dougherty, Stephanie Carey and Carmen Licata controlled the midfield. Isabella Aftanis, Anna Bond and Mia Caso were stellar on defense. Brynn Bock recorded the shutout in goal.

U9 2008 White vs. Mantua Chaos: The first game of a double header found Cape on the losing end with a few defensive break downs. Ren Tomlin and Sammy Casterline helped slow Mantua in the second half. CJ Heun had the lone goal for Cape, with Evan Landis playing strong in the net.
U9 2008 Blue vs. Clayton Clippers: Nicholas Catanoso, Caleb Legerton and Aiden Flanigan led the scoring. Owen Radzieta and Tray Hueber were solid in net.
U9 2008 White vs. Winslow Cyclones: Evan Chew and CJ Heun played the ball well up the field. Declan Farrell led the scorers with 3 goals, Lucas Scheeler 2 goals, Chase Castellano, Chase Hickey and Jaxon Turner each had one. Goal play was excellent with Evan Landis and Jaxon Turner splitting time in goal.
U10 Yellow 15 vs. Cinnaminson Reds: The Yellow team faced their toughest opponent this season in a hard fought game. Chase Austin scored five goals for the Yellow team. TJ Blanda and Landon Wallash added some additional offensive firepower for the Yellow team.
U10 2007 White vs. Moorestown Warriors: Joe Berrodin played a solid game in the net. Wyatt Hand and Jack MacLeod assisted on the two goals score by Phillip Woodrow. Ryan McGrath held down the back line.
U11 2006 vs. Pitman: Two goals were made by Dominic Marrero with additional goals by Burke Fitzsimons and Kallen Garagozzo. Ryan Gibson and Drake Stefankiewicz were solid in goal. Tyler Brown led the offense while Bryson Keating-Horin and Jason Williams worked the midfield. Defense was controlled by Amine Cherish and William Touzor.
U11 2006 White 5 vs. Voorhees Gunners 1: Ed Hirsch and Jack Del Monte scored two goals apiece and Kai Lindsey scored a goal as well. Simon Hardin and Micheal Kosmin were solid in net.
U11 2006 White 2 vs. Voorhees Gunners 6: In the second game of the doubleheader, Voorhees proved to be too much. Alex Avilla scored two goals. Donnie Nelson and James Papanikolau were aggressive on defense.
U11 2006 Blue 6 vs. Vineland SA Dragons 1: Brent Reidenbach scored the first goal and added another tally later in the game. Jake King and Ryan Day assisted each other on their goals. Chase Adams scored the final goal for Cape on an assist by Jake Andre. The entire team defended well.
U12 2005 Blue 1 vs. Elk Township Avengers 3: The 2005 Blue team traveled to Clayton to take on the Elk Township Avengers. Andrew Nelson scored with a feed from Patrick Feketics. Luke McCrossin, John McAllister and Branden McGrath controlled the defense. Goal keepers Sawyer Lomax and Chase McCray worked hard to ward off shots in the hard-fought match.
U12 2005 White 4 vs. Monroe Township United 2: Evan Merritt had a pair of goals and Landon Osmundsen and Steven Berrodin each added one for the win against Monroe. Taj Turner and Jacob Radzieta controlled the field for Cape. Will Casterline and Archie Lawler were outstanding in net and an asset on the field.
U13 2004 4 vs. Hainesport Thunderbolts 0: The U3 2004 (formerly known as Union) posted their third shutout in the fall campaign. Goalie Ryan Turner was helped by solid defensive play by backs Troy Genaro, Mace Fiorucci and Matt Sgrignioli. Midfielders Xander Hardin and Ryan Dougherty took it to the Hainesport Thunderbolt defense by manufacturing goals for Ryan Zimmerman, Jason Campbell and two by Miguel Valencia.
U14 2003 1 vs. Franklin 03 1: Lopez had the lone goal while Andrew Webber made 6 saves in goal. Devon Bock and Nicki Salfi had strong games on defense.
U14 2003 0 vs. Haddon Heights 03 1: Cape fought hard and had a ton of pressure on goal, led by John Leahey, Justin Lopez and Matt Hays, but could not get the equalizer. Travis McGray had a strong game in the midfield along with Andrew Barber.
Avalon – It absolutely makes sense for means testing for Social Security. We need to trim benefits for anyone 50 or younger, and give them better savings options. Anyone 50 or older should be grandfathered….
