The Atlantic County Umpire Association recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship to Wildwood High School senior softball player Alexandra Gonzalez.
Ms. Gonzalez plans a career in law enforcement and shall attend Atlantic Cape Community College this fall.
Presenting the check to Ms. Gonzalez is NJSIAA softball rules interpreter Allison Munch and ACUA President Joe Rossi.
