Drawing inte4ested parties to the annual day were over 40 health-related vendors, as well as free screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, fracture risk, peripheral artery disease and oral cancer.
In addition, Dr. Lawrence Paolini, a Court House dermatologist, and Dr. John McNally, a dentist, gave presentations. Paolini’s was “New developments you need to know about skin care.” McNally’s was “Innovative steps you can take for healthy smiles.”
Freeholder Gerald Thornton, the county’s director of Health and Human Services, welcomed the attendees and addressed those gathered to hear Paolini, the first presenter of the day.
