Back Pain and Superman… Why They Both Need X-ray Vision?

By Press Release

Superman is awesome…for many reasons, but I’ll pick my favorite – X-ray vision. Superman used his ‘X-ray” vision to see through walls – to know exactly what the problem is….no guess work. Once he knew what the problem was… he dealt with it fast and to the point.
No one likes x-rays, especially when the tech or doctor walks behind a lead shield and pushes the start button. At our office, we are checked by the State of New Jersey by a Nuclear Physicists (a really smart guy in a white lab coat) every other year.
And we are required by the State of New Jersey to have an independent Nuclear Physicists evaluate our x-ray machine yearly.
We passed. Which means the levels of x-rays used is safe and effective. To go even further we have hired x-ray maintenance company to come out once a month to make sure our x-ray facility is above standard.
So….What’s The Big Deal?
Just like Superman…. I want to know exactly what is the primary problem of your spine. No guesswork with an X-ray, it doesn’t matter if you are an Orthopedists, MD, Neurosurgeon or Chiropractor… what we see on a film – “Is what it is.”
Goals and Goals – same word but different meaning. If the goals are: increased range of motion, decrease in pain and decrease in muscle spasm, then an x-ray is not always needed. You see a temporary improvement doesn’t need the extra information that an x-ray provides of the primary problem.
But…if you are trying to improve the structure of your spine back to the normal range…then x-ray is needed. We must see the extent of the primary structural problem, so we can put together a plan that is exactly tailored to your condition. Doesn’t that make sense?
Shades of Gray and Black There will be no guessing. We will show you with our detailed analysis in Black and Red what the primary structure is and where we need to go in order for you to be normal. No grays or in other words no guessing.
The analysis entails: measuring normal from abnormal ranges in degrees and measuring in millimeters or 1/16 of an inch…yes small but as you know it helps to be precise.
Bandage Approach You can get a bandage approach from the majority of docs and they will all do a good job. What I do in our office can’t be obtained anywhere else… in Cape, Atlantic or Cumberland County. Most of our patients wanted something a little different… a lasting solution that is not dependent on their doc forever.. If this is you or a friend you feel needs a second opinion – then call a schedule a consult.
As you know, a consult is a conversation not a commitment.
Have a great day.
