Hey if it’s the end of the world who cares about calories! Live entertainment starts at 4:30 pm with the guitar and bongo acoustic duo, Delany and Reeves. Guy Peterson’s Classic Rock takes over at 9 pm. What better way to celebrate the end of the world than with live music, cool cocktails and divine desserts at the Beach Shack’s Rusty Nail!
For those who still aren’t ready for the world to end, the fun continues on Sun. with live Reggae bands from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and then the famed George Wesley takes over the Reggae stage from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Named one of America’s Best Beach Bars by Travel + Leisure in 2011, ‘The Nail’ as it’s known by locals is the famed iconic surfer bar and restaurant that made a name for itself in the 70s. From lifeguards and surfers to the beautiful bikini clad beach bunnies, all gather around the famed wooden bar that was and is still rumored to be the longest in all of Cape May. Young and old are invited in from the beach for live entertainment and Rusty Nail’s beach blanket comfort food for breakfast lunch and dinner that can also be wrapped up to go.
