COURT HOUSE — The PAC’s four month dance festival which began last April will come to a rousing finish in July when three companies stage their national competitions here.
First on tap, from June 30 to July 3, will be the Power of Dance Company of Green Brook, New Jersey, followed by On Stage America of Baltimore, Maryland, from July 6 to 11, and then On Point Dance Company of Hillsborugh, New Jersey, from July 13 to 18.
“Hundreds of dancing feet from all sections of the nation will come here with their families to showcase their dancing styles and enjoy summer at our seashore,” said Kay Aspell, managing director of the Performing Arts Center.
The festival also has featured performances by many local dance companies, among them the Crest Dancers, Dancers Two, the Joanne Reagan Dance Studio, Dance Dynamics, the Jersey Cape Dance Studios, the Art of Gymnastics and Cheer and the Cape May County Performing Arts Academy.
