The Borough of Wildwood Crest’s Tourism Development Commission will host a free outdoor concert with The Fabulous Greaseband on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at the Fern Road Fitness Park, located at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue.
The Fabulous Greaseband is a seven-member ensemble that plays the best rock and roll party music of the 50s through the 90s.
Their energetic and entertaining delivery of some of the greatest party songs ever combined with the band’s special brand of humor make the Fabulous Greaseband a must-see show for music lovers of all ages.
The band regularly performs up and down the East Coast, appearing at popular venues along the Jersey Shore, in the Philadelphia and New York City areas and many other places in between, playing to huge followings.
Spectators are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair to the concert, which is an all-ages show. Free parking for the concert will be available two blocks south of Fern Road Fitness Park at Myrtle Road and Ocean Avenue.
