KIENZ, PHYLLIS MARIE (nee Love), Phyllis Marie Kienz, age 94, of Stone Harbor, entered Heaven on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
Born December 10, 1929, in Charlotte, NC, she moved to North Bergen, NJ as a young child. She graduated from the Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School in NYC., and retired from the Henkel Company, to Stone Harbor, New Jersey. She enjoyed her later years, traveling and spending time at the shore with family.
She spent her life volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts, Church work, Stone Harbor Garden Club, and Stone Harbor Civic Club to name a few organizations.
Phyllis is predeceased by her beloved husband Robert. She is survived by her sons Glenn (Jill), Donald (Pam), daughter Linda Emr (Bruce), grandchildren, Matthew (Jackie), Adam, Emily (Stephen), Lena (Kevin), Ryan (Shanon), Steven (Samantha), Eric, Todd (Amelia), Stephanie (Richard), and 8 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her “Celebration of Life”, Saturday October 26th at the Women's Civic Club of Stone Harbor, 12 96th Street, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247. The family will greet guests at 10:00 AM, the service is at 11:00 AM, followed by a light lunch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Garden Club of Stone Harbor Inc., at PO Box 42 Stone Harbor, NJ 08247.
