Jason Neely Found Stable Work Thanks to Jersey Cape Diagnostic Opportunity Center

Jason Neely has found stable employment, and transportation, thanks to an employment program.

From Jersey Cape Diagnostic Opportunity Center

Jersey Cape Diagnostic, Training, and Opportunity Center, Inc. proudly shares the success story of Jason Neely, who illustrates the transformative impact of the group’s “Transitional Employment and Supported Employment” services for individuals with disabilities.

Jason’s journey, which began with Jersey Cape Diagnostic’s structured Transitional Employment program and led him to thrive in community-based work, underscores a commitment to comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services. The group offers a supportive environment that mirrors community career opportunities.

Reflecting on his journey, Jason remarked, “Four years ago, I didn’t think I would ever be in a position to work in the community, but once I decided to, my counselor helped me find my desired job in 6 weeks. Having the opportunity to give back to my community is a blessing, knowing I have the support of the staff and my peers from Jersey Cape. For anyone who doubts their ability to be successful in getting a job, think again.” Jason is now part of the “clean team,” and helps pick up trash across the county.
