Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 12 indictments July 30. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons. 

Roger Hanson was indicted for certain person not to have a weapon, fourth degree. Hanson was convicted in 2021 of unlawful possession of a weapon. The certain person count stems from his possession of a razor knife and a folding knife.

Michael T. Wojceichowski was named in a single-count indictment for failure to re-register a change of address in the third degree. In 2013 Wojceichowski was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Nicholas Gibson faces a four-count indictment with two counts of third-degree making terroristic threats, a third-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a knife, and a fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon.

Ryan P. Carrigan faces three counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, along with a fourth-degree count for theft of a credit card. The substances in question were methamphetamine, heroin and amphetamine.

Francis L. Pritchett was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, along with fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, brass knuckles.

Aaron M. Brown faces a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.

William A. Bolle and Jill E. Valerio were named in a three-count indictment. Valerio was indicted for fourth-degree criminal trespass. Bolle faces a count for second-degree burglary and another for third-degree aggravated assault.

Carl R. Stewart was indicted for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Jefferey Tellgren was named in a four-count indictment: Two counts of aggravated assault, one for making terroristic threats and one for resisting arrest. All counts were in the third degree.

Imani S. Goodman was indicted for first-degree attempted murder, along with possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose in the third degree and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, a sharp object.

Michele L. Collier faces a single count of third-degree theft related to an incident in Wildwood in December 2023.

Amber L. Egan was indicted on four counts: Contempt for violating a restraining order, fourth degree, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a hammer, third degree, unlawful possession of a weapon, fourth degree, and making terroristic threats, third degree.
