Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 21 indictments Sept. 17. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons. 

Angel B. Morenomercedes faces a second-degree count of child endangerment, along with a fourth- degree count for criminal mischief.

Bryce J. Pivovarnik was indicted on a third-degree count of endangering an injured victim, along with a fourth-degree count for engaging in a riot, all related to an incident in Sea Isle City in July.

Mary A. Green was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, the substance being methamphetamine.

Bridget A. Reilly faces two fourth-degree counts for theft and criminal simulation, the latter being a charge referring to an intent to defraud by representing an object as having much greater value than it has.

Leomar Rosario-Osario was indicted on a third-degree count of burglary, along with two fourth-degree counts for obstructing the rule of law and harassment while on parole.

Stephen Sylvester faces a third-degree count of possession of a CDS, cocaine, related to an arrest in Avalon in June.

Michael Mohr was named in a second-degree count for eluding police in a motor vehicle on July 4 in Cape May City.

Sean A. Stone was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, buprenorphine, along with fourth-degree shoplifting.

Jessica Latimer faces a third-degree count for fraudulent use of a credit card, along with a fourth-degree count for theft of a credit card.

Isaiah Holcomb was named in a three-count indictment, with each count in the second degree for endangering the welfare of a child.

Rachelle Racela was indicted for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, along with third-degree aggravated assault.

Abdiel Roman faces a single-count indictment for fourth-degree possession of a prohibited weapon, brass knuckles.

Dylan M. Elko was indicted for sharing obscene material with a minor in the third degree, related to an incident in May in Middle Township.

Ryan F. McAnaney faces a single-count indictment for third-degree possession of a CDS, buprenorphine.

David S. Brink was named in a four-count indictment, with two second-degree counts for endangering the welfare of a child and two third-degree counts for aggravated assault and making terroristic threats.

Joseph R. Small was indicted for driving while under license suspension, a fourth-degree offense.

Jorge L. Aviles-Morales faces two counts, making terroristic threats, third degree, and throwing bodily fluids at Sheriff’s Department personnel, fourth degree.

Robert C. Prince was indicted for fourth-degree criminal trespass.

Brian M. Boyce was indicted for third-degree bail jumping when he failed to appear for a hearing on charges of making terroristic threats.

Nicole C. Cramer was named in a single-count indictment for second-degree eluding police in a motor vehicle.

Ryan Fisher was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
