The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Brian N. Hilton faces a first-degree count for aggravated sexual assault on a victim less than 13 years of age. The indictment also contains a second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child.
Michael S. Kenderick and Michelle L. Schroth were independently and separately indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. The drug in both cases is listed as methamphetamine.
Gary Murray was named in a single-count indictment for child abuse and neglect in the fourth degree.
Christian Sessoms-Glover was indicted for making terroristic threats in the third degree, as well as for two fourth-degree counts of stalking and cyber harassment.
Melissa Ferry faces a second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child, along with two third-degree counts for resisting arrest and aggravated assault. The indictment also has a fourth-degree count for obstructing the administration of law.
Tristan Shaw was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, clonazepam, hindering apprehension in the third degree and obstructing the administration of law in the fourth degree.
Maryalice M. Mossbrooks was named in a two-count indictment for contempt and criminal trespass, both counts in the fourth degree.
Anthony Anderson faces two counts of aggravated assault, one in the second degree and the other in the third degree.
Danny Chester was indicted on a single count of harassment while on parole, a fourth-degree count.
James P. Chew faces a single-count indictment for failure to re-register a change of address. Chew was convicted in 2019 for child molestation.
Matthew J. Shinn faces two counts of aggravated assault, one in the second degree and the other in the third degree.
Jessica Ritterson was named in a single-count indictment for endangering the welfare of a child. The count is in the second degree.
Edward Lee was indicted on a count of second-degree robbery for causing bodily injury in the course of a theft.
Brent D. Woods was indicted for third-degree burglary related to an October incident in Wildwood.
Henry Allen was named in a six-count indictment with two counts of second-degree aggravated assault, two counts of third-degree aggravated assault and one count each of third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapon in question was listed as a wooden tire thumper.
Homero L. Alarconespinoza faces a single count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, a 9mm Glock 19.
Nassir M. Smith, Anthony Smith and Quidare Dailey were jointly named in an eight-count indictment. All counts were in the third degree. All three men face a count for conspiracy. Nassir Smith was named in four counts of uttering a false instrument. Anthony Smith was named in one count of uttering a false instrument and one count of attempted uttering. Dailey was named in one count of uttering a false instrument. The instruments in question were counterfeit $100 bills.
Zackary English was indicted on two second-degree counts, one for aggravated assault and the other for endangering the welfare of a child.
Adam Spears was indicted for third-degree bail jumping in 2017.
Joseph Gallagher faces a single-count indictment for possession with intent to distribute synthetic cannabinoid. The count was in the third degree.
