The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Casey Ennis was indicted on a single count of third-degree theft.
Dylan Hoffman faces a third-degree count of stalking related to the period from Sept. 29, 2024, to Oct. 14 in Upper Township.
Sarah A. Calverley was named in a single-count indictment for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Daniel W. Cluff was indicted for assault by auto in the fourth degree for causing injury while driving under the influence.
Luzmarie Rodriguez and James J. McGonigal were indicted together, with each facing a count of endangering the welfare of a child. Rodriguez is charged in the second degree and McGonigal in the third degree.
Ryan Deanangelis was indicted for fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Nicolette A. Fusco and Joshua Delacruz-Urra were indicted separately and independently on counts of third-degree possession of a CDS. The substances were alprazolam (Fusco) and cocaine (Delacruz-Urra).
David T. Flick was named in a single-count indictment for third-degree bail jumping. Flick failed to show for a hearing on charges of possession of a CDS.
Colin E. Hussie faces a third-degree count for failure to register as a sex offender in Ocean City. Hussie was convicted in 2023 of criminal sexual contact.
Sarah Smith and Blong Vue were together named in counts for conspiracy and shoplifting, both in the third degree.
David J. Fletcher III faces two second-degree counts for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Robert A. McKinley was indicted on three counts of fourth-degree lewdness for exposing himself to three children under the age of 13. He also faces three counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Carmine Neri was named in a four-count indictment, including a count for first-degree murder. Other counts were endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose in the third degree, and witness tampering in the third degree. The weapon was a firearm.
