Laura R. Caron faces a first-degree count of aggravated sexual assault, along with two second-degree counts, for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Over various dates from 2016 to 2020, Caron is accused of having sexual encounters with a Middle Township student while she was a teacher in the township’s school system.
Leaming B. Johnson was indicted for illegal possession of prescription legend drugs. The count was in the fourth degree.
Jason M. Popplewell was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Michael F. Hamilton was named in a three-count indictment, with two third-degree counts for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose. The third count was for unlawful possession of a weapon, in the fourth degree. The weapon was a brick.
Jaimi L. Hess and Samuel K. Love were named in a nine-count indictment, with both Hess and Love facing one count of conspiracy and two counts of illegal possession of prescription legend drugs, hydroxyzine pamoate and furosemide. Love alone was named in six other counts, with three counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin. Love is also charged with third-degree intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine, along with a fourth-degree count for intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
Sherry L. Panno was indicted on a second-degree count of aggravated assault.
William J. Vogt faces a three-count indictment, for third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a chair, and two fourth-degree counts, for criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
Gage M. Clifton was indicted on two second-degree counts, for eluding police in a motor vehicle and endangering the welfare of a child. A third count in the indictment was in the fourth degree, for obstruction of the administration of law.
Jordan J. Moskovitz was named in a two-count indictment, for third-degree theft and fourth-degree resisting arrest.
Franklin C. Zeigler was indicted for fourth-degree aggravated assault while driving under the influence.
Anthony B. Kabbeko faces a single count of third-degree bail jumping after failing twice to show for a hearing on charges of third-degree possession of a CDS.
Juan Hernandez-Bedolla and Reatha Wilson Brown were indicted separately and independently on one count each of fourth-degree shoplifting in Middle Township.
