Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up seven indictments July 1. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

Brandon C. Jones Mays faces a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.

Rachel B. Grant was indicted for third-degree theft.

Joseph L. Desanto was named in a two-count indictment for aggravated assault in the third degree and unlawful possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. The weapon was identified as a metal tumbler.

Frank S. Davis faces a count of third-degree criminal mischief that resulted in $2,000 worth of damage to tangible property.

Ashlee K. Ceccoli was indicted on a count of second-degree eluding police in a motor vehicle.

Joseph M. Frazier was named in a single count of possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a folding knife.

Brian W. Mack was indicted for failure to re-register upon change of address and failure to register, both counts in the third degree. Mark was convicted in Atlantic County in 2019 for criminal sexual contact.
