The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.
Derrick McManus and Lafayette Hughes-Wright together face a 16-count indictment, including 12 first-degree counts. The two are charged with first-degree kidnapping and 11 counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault. The indictment contains three second-degree counts for conspiracy, aggravated sexual assault and attempted aggravated sexual assault. The final count for endangering the welfare of a child is in the third degree.
Jennifer A. Delbeato was indicted on a second-degree count of aggravated assault.
Yarieliz E. Morales was named in a single-count indictment for fourth-degree cyber harassment.
Woodrow Gipson faces a fourth-degree count for throwing bodily fluids at a Sheriff’s Department officer. Gipson was indicted for the same fourth-degree crime Dec. 2, 2023.
Kelsey L. Bortles was indicted for knowingly making a false report to a law enforcement officer, a count in the fourth degree.
Steven J. Petrondi faces a four-count indictment, with three third-degree counts for making terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and resisting arrest. The final count was in the fourth degree for obstructing the administration of law. The weapon in question was a crossbow.
Jeremiah T. Cardell was named in a two-count indictment for aggravated assault and resisting arrest, both counts in the third degree.
Pratik Patel was indicted for theft by deception and theft by extortion, both counts in the second degree. A third count in the indictment was for attempted theft by deception in the third degree.
Louis G. Denicolais was indicted for sexual assault by coercion in the second degree, along with refusal to give a bio-sample for a DNA database in the fourth degree.
Elijah C. Bethel faces a count of second-degree aggravated assault, along with third-degree assault by auto and third-degree knowingly leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injury.
Joseph C. Murray was named in a single-count indictment for fourth-degree shoplifting.
Michele Ansuini faces a three-count indictment, including second-degree eluding police, along with aggravated assault in the third degree and fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle during second license suspension – second violation.
Ryan P. Carrigan was indicted on two fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain person. The weapon was a fixed blade knife. Carrigan was convicted in 2013 of possession of a CDS.
Colleen Kraft, Nicholas Diaz and William Rozniakowski were each independently and separately indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs in question were cocaine, fentanyl xylazine and methamphetamine.
Michael McCarthy was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a high back metal chair, and third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, along with a second count of third-degree aggravated assault and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Marian Davis and James Lewes were indicted together for two third-degree counts of forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card. A third count in the indictment was for fourth-degree theft of services, lodging.
Andria Daniels faces a third-degree count for invasion of privacy, along with one in the fourth degree for theft.
Jacquelyn M. Myers was named in a single-count indictment for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Jesus C. Rodriguez was indicted for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute a CDS, both counts in the third degree. A final count was in the fourth degree for possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
Saul Vasquez faces a three-count indictment for third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a knife, along with two fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain person. Vasquez was convicted in 2009 of possession of a CDS.
Thomas Flud was named in a single-count indictment for third-degree aggravated assault.
Mike A. Hewitt was indicted on a single count of fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Nicholas Santiago and Katelynn Stanfield were indicted together on two third-degree counts for shoplifting and conspiracy to commit shoplifting.
