The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.
Walter E. Langton was indicted on three separate counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl.
Alexander Horner faces a single count of fourth-degree aggravated assault in Middle Township in November.
Bichelle Harrison was named in a single-count indictment for third-degree arson in Middle Township in September.
Alexander Cuadrado was indicted on two third-degree counts for attempted theft and forgery.
John H. Perkins faces a five-count indictment, for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, and third-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and third-degree conspiracy to distribute a CDS with an unindicted conspirator. The indictment contains a fourth-degree count for possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia and a third-degree count for money laundering.
Tara M. Tomasello was indicted on a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, alprazolam.
Andrew D. McLaughlin and Mayra Figueroa separately and independently were indicted on the same set of four counts. Each faces third-degree counts for forgery, uttering a forged instrument and theft by deception. They also each face a fourth-degree count for criminal simulation for making or altering an object to make it appear to have value. Both were arrested in Ocean City, in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
Keith F. Richardson was named in a five-count indictment for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute, psilosin, a psychedelic drug, along with three counts of possession of a CDS, psilosin, fentanyl and methamphetamine. The final count was shoplifting merchandise worth in excess of $500. All five counts were in the third degree.
William J. Lloyd was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, along with possession of a prohibited weapon, metal knuckles, and certain person, both in the fourth degree. Lloyd was convicted of possession of a CDS in 2005 in Cape May County.
