A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.
Kevin L. Powell and Elizabeth M. Singh were indicted and charged jointly with six counts. Powell alone was named in a seventh count. The joint counts were two counts of possession of a CDS with intent to distribute in the third degree, and two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine and clonazepam; a third-degree count for conspiracy, and a fourth-degree count for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. Powell alone was named in a third-degree count for resisting arrest.
Alayna K. Tiscavitch faces a single second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child.
Dante T. Alston was named in a five-count indictment, with three counts for third-degree possession of a CDS and two counts for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute, one in the second degree and one in the third degree. The controlled substances were cocaine, methamphetamine and buprenorphine.
Colton S. Smith was indicted for failure to make a required disposition in the third degree.
Tyler D. Gambone faces a single count of receiving stolen property in the third degree.
Raymond Middleton was indicted on two second-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine.
James A. Zolna was named in a single count of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree.
Raymond E. Horton was indicted on one count of third-degree theft.
Bernard P. Meehan faces a fourth-degree count of possession of a prohibited weapon, metal knuckles.
Miguel Herrera was indicted on a count of fourth-degree aggravated assault.
Isaac Williams was named in a three-count indictment, with aggravated assault and resisting arrest in the third degree and fourth-degree obstruction of the administration of law.
