Marizon Foti was indicted on two third-degree counts, money laundering and theft.
Duane D. Sheeks faces a three-count indictment, two counts of aggravated assault, one in the second and one in the third degree, along with a count of third-degree criminal restraint.
William C. Taylor faces two fourth-degree counts for possession of a prohibited weapon, hollow point bullets and a large capacity magazine.
Nicholas J. Leadbetter was named in a three-count indictment, with two counts of harassment while on probation and a count of impersonating a law enforcement officer. All three counts were in the fourth degree.
Edward V. Franchville faces two third-degree counts, for burglary and theft.
Louis Sambucci was indicted on four counts; two counts of third-degree aggravated assault, a third-degree count of possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and a fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon, a beer can.
Thomas B. Thompson faces a first-degree count for burglary that included bodily injury. The indictment also contained a second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child. The final count was in the fourth degree for criminal mischief.
Danielle Peranteau was indicted for shoplifting in the fourth degree.
Michael G. Bogue and Katrina M. Fabio were named on separate counts in a joint five-count indictment. Bogue faces a count of second-degree aggravated assault, along with third degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon. Fabio faces two third-degree counts for hindering apprehension.
Carlos A. Rivera was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose in the third degree, and unlawful possession of a weapon, a bottle, in the fourth degree.
Leaming Johnson and David M. Pace were separately and individually indicted for possession of a CDS in the third degree. The substances were buprenorphine (Johnson) and methamphetamine (Pace).
Kevin T. Traughber was indicted on a single count of fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Donte T. Alston faces a single count of fourth-degree attempted criminal sexual contact.
