Indictments Filed Aug. 5

Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE — A Cape May County grand jury handed up 15 indictments Aug. 5. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

Duralle L. McIntosh was indicted on two second-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a child, along with two third-degree counts of aggravated assault.

Brandon J. Cooney faces a second-degree count of eluding police in a motor vehicle.

Cyra A. Harris was named in a three-count indictment: two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and one count of resisting arrest. All counts were in the third degree.

Brandon M. Nicolosi was indicted on two third-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one second-degree count of distribution of child sexual-abuse material.

Donnell L. Thompson faces one third-degree county of possession of a CDS, cocaine.

Lori H. Narciso was named in a three-count indictment: two counts of aggravated assault and one count of resisting arrest. All counts were in the third degree.

Jeffrey S. Sabol faces a 10-count indictment: two second-degree counts for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of a weapon during the commission of CDS crime. Five third-degree counts, include two for possession with intent to distribute and three for possession of a CDS, cocaine, methamphetamine, and clonazepam. Three fourth-degree counts were for possession of drug paraphernalia, and two for unlawful possession of a weapon: various knives and a switchblade knife.

Jessica L. Maiorano was indicted on a single count of third-degree bail jumping: failure to show up for a hearing on charges of forgery.

Tera Tomasello was indicted on a single third-degree count of possession of a CDS, cocaine.

Luke Hewitt and Victoria M. Wickham were jointly indicted, with three counts for second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and third-degree resisting arrest. Wickham faces a fourth-degree count for obstruction.

Lamara D. Taylor was named in a two-count indictment for second-degree possession of a handgun, a Taurus PT 24/7, and a fourth-degree count for possession of a prohibited bullet magazine.

Ahmed M. Omera faces a second-degree count of possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a Smith & Wesson M&P-15 rifle.

Lamond T. Walker was indicted on two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of a CDS, cocaine. A third count was for intent to distribute drug paraphernalia in the fourth degree.

Wanda L. Kolondra faces a third-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a sword, and unlawful possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Lee N. Robinson was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault.
