4th of July Boardwalk Craft Show
Friday to Sunday, July 4 – July 6, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Wildwoods Boardwalk, southern end
These events showcase an array of talented artisans and crafters, offering everything from handcrafted jewelry and home décor to unique artwork and beach-inspired treasures. As you explore the many booths lining the southern end of the “boards”, you’ll find one-of-a-kind gifts, delicious homemade treats, and more.

Downtown Wildwood: July 4th Party and Fireworks in Byrne Plaza
Friday, July 4, 7:30 p.m.
Byrne Plaza, 3400 Pacific Avenue
4th of July Party in Downtown Wildwood at Byrne Plaza! Featuring the live band “Misguided” and dance party, so bring your chairs, blanket and cooler and celebrate July 4th. The live music starts at 7:30 pm and will wrap up with the July 4th Fireworks launched at 10 pm from the Pine Avenue Beach.

Independence Day Family and Pooch Parade
Friday, July 4, 9 a.m.
13th and JFK Avenues, North Wildwood
The parade starts at 12th Avenue and proceeds to 3rd and JFK Avenues. No rain date. Prizes awarded for the best decorated bikes wagons, strollers, scooters and low speed vehicles in red, white and blue theme. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. at 12th and JFK Avenues. Call 609.522.2955 to register to participate in the parade. Pooches can be registered the day of the parade. All ages are welcome to participate in the parade.

Sports Card, Toys, Comics, and Collectibles July Show
Friday – Sunday, July 4 – July 6, varying times (below)
Wildwoods Convention Center, 4501 Boardwalk
The Sports Cards, Toys, Comics & Collectibles Show will feature over 200 tables of the hottest collectibles on the planet.

North Wildwood: Sidewalk Chalk Competition
Saturday, July 5, 9 a.m.
Bill Henfey Park, 8th and Central Avenues
Free sidewalk chalk drawing competition begins at 9 a.m. on July 5, 2025. Judging takes place at 10:45 a.m. You can register the day of the event. All ages welcome to participate. Winners will be announced on Facebook.


Cape May

Independence Day Fireworks
Friday, July 4, 9:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Perry Street and Beach Ave, Cape May
Fireworks in front of Congress Hall. However, you can see them from along the beach at Convention Hall past Congress Hall Beach. Rain Date is July 5th.

Independence Day Parade
Saturday, July 5, 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Cape May Convention Hall, 714 Beach Ave, Cape May
The parade is an annual event to honor our veterans and feature string bands along with many other performing groups, family entries, classic automobiles, veteran organizations, and local officials. Participants are strongly encouraged to decorate their golf cart, bicycle, or baby carriage and show us their Red, White & Blue for a chance to win a prize.


Ocean City

Sand Sculpting Contest
Thursday, July 3, 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
6th St. Beach, 600 Boardwalk
Open to kids, teens, adults and families! Registration is free and begins at 9 a.m. at the 6th St. Beach. Judging takes place by 11 a.m.

Mummers Night
Thursday July 3, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Ocean City Boardwalk, 825 Boardwalk
Costumed strutting 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the boardwalk, 6th Street – 14th Street

Fourth of July Celebration
Friday, July 4, 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Ocean City Boardwalk, 825 Boardwalk
Kite flying competition at 7 p.m. followed by entertainment on the beach next to the Music Pier. A boardwalk fireworks display tops off the evening at 9 p.m.

Ocean City Pops Free Outdoor Concert
Friday, July 4, 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Carey Stadium, 500 Boardwalk
The Ocean City Pops will perform a free outdoor concert at 8:00 p.m. July 3 and July 4 at Carey Stadium, 6th & Boardwalk. The local orchestra will perform patriotic classics and audience favorites in honor of our nation’s birthday. Bring a beach chair or blanket to sit on the field, and there will be seating available in the bleachers.


Sea Isle City

Sea Isle City: Bike Decorating Contest and Family Dance Party
Thursday, July 3, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Excursion Park, 2 41st Street
On-site registration begins at 9:45am. 12 & under is from 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., and families from 10:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Tricycles, wagons, bikes, scooters and strollers are accepted. No motorized bikes or scooters. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each division and 1st best in show. DJ from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Sea Isle City: Junior Olympics
Friday, July 4, 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Dealy Field, 6108 Central Avenue
This free event is open to boys and girls, ages 3 to 12. Registration takes place on the day of the event starting at 9:30 AM. The games begin at 10:00 AM The Junior Olympics feature running, jumping and throwing competitions. Children are grouped by age and gender. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be given to winners. Parents are reminded to bring sunblock and bottled water for their young competitors. This event is sponsored by the City’s Division of Recreation and hosted by volunteers from the Yacht Club of Sea Isle City.

Sea Isle City: Fourth of July Fireworks
Friday, July 4, 9:15 p.m. – 9:40 p.m.
50th Street Beach, 10 50th St
View the firework show from any beach on the island. Hear Patriotic Music along portions of the promenade during the show. Fireworks will be launched from an ocean barge off of 50th Street Beach


Stone Harbor

Stone Harbor: Stone Harbor Recreation Department Field Day — Races and Contests
Friday, July 4, 9 a.m.
SH Recreation Athletic Field 82nd st and Second Avenue
