Gov. Phil Murphy has lifted the State of Emergency declared in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties on Sunday, Jan. 5, due to severe winter weather, effective as of noon Thursday, Jan. 9.
