August and September bring many opportunities to get involved in making nature-inspired art at the Cape May Point Science Center with our resident art educator, Peaches Lukens.
On Wednesdays, August 7, 14, and 21, Peaches engages young art and nature enthusiasts ages 10-17 in our Budding Artists series from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Students will explore several different mediums including pencil, pen & ink, brush markers, colored pencils, watercolors and acrylics, plus touch on calligraphy, script, nature journaling and personal picture books. There will be lots of outdoor time and lots of room for personal expression!
