John S. Foose III, 82, of South Dennis, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on August 17, 2025, surrounded by his family.
Born on October 29, 1942, in Trenton, New Jersey, John was the son of the late John S. Foose Jr. and Ruth Logan.
John built a life rooted in love and family and is lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Denise Foose, his children: Sharon Timmerman, Sheryl Foose Morton (Joseph), John William Foose, Sheila Foose, Michelle Petrowski Pleva (Donald), Celeste Soden Brown (Michael), Rachel Foose, Dawn Foose Morales, Natalie Foose, and Jessica Foose (Matthew), 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sister Karen Leipzig (Howard), nephews Arthur Leipzig (Lisa) and Jason Leipzig (Elizabeth), aunt Eleanor Gunnells, and cousins John Urbanski, Rain Lori Urbanski (Scott), and Scott Urbanski. John was predeceased by his grandson Christopher Petrowski, best friend and sister-in-law Donna Burmeister, nephew Gavin Cipaldo, and niece Amanda Morrow.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Radzieta Funeral Home in CMCH, NJ. Visitation will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., followed by a service at 3:30 p.m.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to AtlantiCareCancer Care Institute of CMCH and Bayada Hospice for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to Unravel Pediatric Cancer.
