From Jersey Cape Realty

Jersey Cape Realty is pleased to welcome the husband and wife team of Kristy “KT” Thall and William “Will” Sadowniczak as Sales Associates.

Kristy grew up in North Wildwood, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for living at “the shore” and the importance of finding the perfect place to call home. For the past decade, Will has successfully owned and operated a home renovation and building business, honing his expertise in transforming properties into dream homes. He has a keen construction eye.
