CAPE MAY – A 25-year-old Blackwood man was arrested in the city on Wednesday, July 31, for eluding police after allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run with a pedestrian.
Brandan L. Rollans was arrested after an investigation that began at approximately 11:45 a.m. when an officer noticed a Chevrolet Impala in the area of Lafayette Street and Sidney Avenue with extensive damage to the windshield and other damage to the rear of the vehicle, Police Chief Dekon W.
