A Wildwood Crest man has been arrested and charged with shooting and killing a woman in a park in Millville late last year, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
Kirk E. Williams, 30, has been charged with murder, three weapons offenses and tampering with evidence in the killing of Teaoshia Still, 36.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, on Nov. 9, 2024, a jogger called Millville police after finding Still’s body in Waltman Park. The victim had been shot twice in the back and three times in the face, according to an affidavit filed in the case.
Still had met up with Williams in the park to give him back some of his belongings, investigators with the city police and the Prosecutor’s Office found. Williams was found with some of the victim’s personal belongings after she was killed.
