WILDWOOD – June 29, 2016 at 12:36 pm the Wildwood City Fire Department responded to 318 East Young Avenue for a maternity. On arrival, Firefighters Mathew Long and Krystle Hill evaluated the patient and placed her into the ambulance for transport. After loading the patient and prior to beginning transport the delivery became imminent and the firefighters delivered a baby girl.
The delivery was completed without complications. The mother and child were transported to Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House.
