WEST WILDWOOD – Borough officials continued the long tradition of hosting a children’s parade to celebrate our great nation. The parade is a throwback to simpler times. Children decorate their bikes, families build floats and dogs are all decked out for the celebration.
“The parade is a long time community event that we feel really reflects the fabric of our community,” stated Mayor Christopher Fox in a release.
Each child who participates in the parade receives a hot dog, pretzel and drink box at the conclusion. This is made possible through generous donations by Crest Savings Bank, Wawa Corporation, Sullivan family and Island Trophies.
