WOODBINE – The New Jersey State Police Woodbine Station partnered up with the S.O.A.R. Church of Woodbine for its second annual free winter coat giveaway. It was well attended. Approximately 200 coats, gloves and hats were on hand, as well as some very happy shoppers! Free hot dogs and bibles were also given out and one lucky winner won a free 32″ TV.
