Sports Card, Comic Book, Toy Expo returns to Convention Center

RK Sports Promotions presents the Sports Card, Comic Book, and Toy Expo at the Wildwoods Convention Center for the second time this summer.
The expo will take place Aug. 28 – 30, with more than 100 tables of the hottest collectibles, featuring old and new sports cards, toys, comic books, starting line-ups, McFarlane figures, non-sports cards, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Beanie Babies, wax boxes, autographed memorabilia, sets, posters, coins, trains, t-shirts, supplies, and much more!
Special autograph guests will include Ron Blomberg, Elliott Maddox, Fritz Peterson, and John Montefusco of the 1970s New York Yankees.
All guests will be appearing Saturday from 1-3 p.m.
Fritz Peterson’s long awaited book, “Mickey Mantle is Going to Heaven,” will be available for purchase and autographing.
The book entails his playing days and his relationship with the New York media and fellow players. It also includes a chapter about his favorite player, Babe Ruth.
Admission to the expo is free.
The hours are Friday: 3-9 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Sunday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
