SJTSA’s Mascot ‘Splash’ Joins Facebook

By Herald Staff

NORTH CAPE MAY- South Jersey Traffic Safety Alliance’s mascot Splash decided it was time to make himself more available to his fans, so on Sept. 1 he started a Facebook page.
“We are always looking for ways to get our message out and Facebook is so popular that we thought it was a great opportunity to connect with lots of people in a new forum,” SJTSA Program Manager Teresa Thomas said.
Each day Splash posts a new message and adds a new picture.
To visit Splash on Facebook and join his fan club, just search Splash Sea Serpent or go to www.SJTSA.org and follow the link.
Splash can be seen Saturday Sept. 19 at Burke Chevrolet from 10 a.m. to noon to kick off Cape May County’s new monthly child seat check.
