The Borough of Wildwood Crest will host its annual Seafarers Celebration Sept. 26—an all-day festival that will take place at both Sunset Lake and Fern Road Fitness Park.
The Seafarers Celebration will begin at 9 a.m. at Sunset Lake, located along New Jersey Ave. between Rambler and Miami roads.
Scores of arts and crafts vendors and a variety of food vendors will line the Sunset Lake area. The event will also include live music, lots of children’s and family entertainment and much more.
At 6 p.m., the festival moves to the beachfront at Fern Road Fitness Park, Fern Road and Ocean Ave. Included will be more live music, a special appearance by the Hegeman String Band and more. A spectacular beachfront fireworks show will go off at 9 p.m.
