WILDWOOD – The “Forever Young” group of Notre Dame de la Mer parish is sponsoring some fun filled fall trips to benefit Wildwood Catholic HS.
On Oct. 13, the group will visit Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This trip also includes a visit to the Baltimore Basilica and dinner at the Rusty Scupper restaurant. Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is one of the most photographed and visited areas of the city. It has been one of the major seaports in the United States since the 1700s.
The group will also visit The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, America’s First Cathedral.
Cost for the Baltimore trip is $79.
Bus departs from Wildwood Crest at 7:30 a.m. and returns approximately 8:30 p.m. Additional pickup at CMCH may be available.
An optional River Cruise costing $20 will also be available.
On Sun., Nov. 20, it’s ‘Annie’ at the Pitman Theatre, followed by dinner at the Maurice River Restaurant. The Pitman originally opened in May 1926 and operated as a fully equipped movie and vaudeville theater with 1,090 seats, including the balcony and eight boxes. Two crystal chandeliers light the house and inner lobby and a pipe organ blower room in the basement can also be found.
Cost for this all-inclusive trip is $72.

Join the “Forever Young” group on Dec. 10 for a Christmas Gala at the Tomasello Winery, awarded “2010 Winery of the Year!!” at the 2010 NJ Wine Competition. $85.
