CREST HAVEN – Recently, nine seniors in the Welding Technology Program of Study at the Cape May County Technical High School earned their American Welding Society (1-G) Certification, which is needed for entry-level jobs in the welding field.
Thomas Jackson, welding instructor, provides students with an introduction into the welding field. The curriculum includes practical application and practice designed to broadly qualify the student for employment in the construction, ship building, energy, automotive, aircraft, and fabrication industries.
