ACCC Plans Two Cultural Day Trips

MAYS LANDING—Atlantic Cape Community College, in conjunction with Boscov’s Travel, is hosting summer day trips to Washington, D.C., Saturday, July 18, and West Point and the Brotherhood Winery in New York State, Saturday, Aug. 15.
The Washington trip includes a self-guided tour of the International Spy Museum and the Newseum, which explores the world’s greatest news stories.
The trip is $102 per person and includes round trip transportation via private motor coach. Both museums have cafes where visitors can purchase lunch on their own. The trip also allows for a dinner stop.
Travelers also can spend the day in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley with a guided tour of the United States Military Academy, a buffet lunch at the historic Thayer Hotel overlooking the Hudson River, and tour and tasting at the Brotherhood Winery, America’s oldest winery.
The West Point trip is $118 and includes round trip transportation via private motor coach, the buffet lunch and winery tour.
Both trips depart from the Shore Mall, Egg Harbor Township, at 7 a.m. and return between 9:30 and 10 p.m.
