COURT HOUSE – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Program will present Eat for the Health of it! on March 10.
According to a release, the free presentation will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave., Ocean City.
The program will be presented by Chris Zellers, Cape May County FCHS educator/assistant professor. Participants will learn how to replace trendy diets with healthy lifestyle changes, how to eat what they love without feeling deprived, and how to focus on overall wellness.
Zellers stated, “Diet trends are a $422.8 billion industry and yet diets fail all the time. I’m excited to share with Cape May County residents that they have the ability to live healthy without a trendy diet.”
The presentation is free and open to the public.
